At Perfectly Wrapped Balloons, we use professional quality balloons and materials to create our designs. While we strive for longevity, some balloons may deflate or pop sooner than expected due to various factors beyond our control. After delivery or pickup, the lifespan of your balloons can be affected by elements like weather, heat, direct sun, pets, children, rough surfaces, and plants.
Typically, indoor balloon garlands can last up to weeks or more (though we can't guarantee this) if kept away from direct sunlight and heat. Additionally, if any balloons are damaged during delivery or setup, we’ll replace them on the spot.

We recommend booking your balloon decor as soon as you have your event date and venue confirmed. The sooner, the better! Booking at least 2 weeks in advance gives us a better chance to secure your date and ensure we have the necessary supplies for your order. Early planning helps guarantee availability for popular balloon decorations, especially during busy seasons.

Our minimum order for professional balloon installation is $300, plus delivery and installation fees. For clients with smaller budget, we recommend our Grab-n-Go balloon garlands, which are a great, affordable option for DIY balloon setups.

Our studio is located in South Charlotte, and we proudly serve the metropolitan Charlotte area, including Mecklenburg County, Union County, Gaston County, York County, Lancaster County, and Cabarrus County. We also travel for special events upon request.

Yes! If your balloon order meets our $300 minimum, we will deliver and professionally install the balloons at your event. Delivery and installation times are scheduled based on your event's start time and the venue's availability. Our team ensures that your balloon decor is perfectly set up, so you can focus on enjoying your event.

For balloon displays that include framing, such as arches, columns, backdrops, or ceiling decor, strike service is mandatory. We will return to safely remove the framing and decor. For balloon displays without framing, strike service is optional, and the client is responsible for removing, popping, and discarding the balloons. If you'd prefer us to handle it, we can arrange for takedown service for an additional fee.

Our cancellation policy is as follows: 50% of your payment serves as a non-refundable retainer fee, which secures your event date and time on our calendar and guarantees that Perfectly Wrapped Balloons will be available to decorate for your event. If you provide at least 1 week’s notice prior to your event, 50% of your payment can be applied toward a new event date, subject to availability. Please note that no refunds will be provided for cancellations.
